Hosting

When you are finding a home for your website, you want it reliable, expandable, secure, and safe.  We use Amazon’s AWS services and mark up the raw cost by 40%.  The reason why: Flexibility and Stability.  AWS can provide replacements to a server within seconds, any hardware configuration you can dream up,  and other services such as Lambda to provide hourly/daily/monthly snapshots to restore from.  To give you and idea, a fairly powerful server for a single site on the AWS platform will run you around $30 per month, we would charge you $42 per month.  Basically, this is fair, and that’s the way we have done business for years.  If you want us to host your site on one of our shared servers, that is fine too.  We try to make hosting as simple, yet expansive as you want it.  For quotes, email james@onelevelhigher.com
